As a laid back compliment to the Little Rivers Series, Rick Robbins Bamboo Fly Rods offers the Slow Waters Series. These softer action rods are designed to slow the casting cycle to a serenity inducing pace.

The Slow Waters Series carry a modest swelled butt and delicate twin tips. The compound tapers of this Series are tailored for small dry flies and tiny unweighted nymphs and emergers.

The Slow Waters Series is offered with the choice of a mortised wood reelseat with a central nickel silver inlay, cap and ring, or a lighter all cork grip and reelseat with nickel silver rings. Nickel silver ferrules and silk windings and tipping are standard. This Series comes in the following models:
